At MyCraftsy, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds related to our services and products. By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Service Cancellations
- Before Project Commencement: If you wish to cancel a service before the project has commenced, you may do so by contacting us at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date. A cancellation fee of [percentage or fixed amount] may apply.
- After Project Commencement: If a cancellation request is made after the project has started, we reserve the right to retain any fees associated with the work already completed.
1.2 Product Orders
- Orders for custom-designed or made-to-order furniture/products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- For standard products, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- If a service cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
- If the cancellation request is made within the specified cancellation periods.
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after production or project commencement.
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Delays caused by factors outside our control, such as shipping delays or natural disasters.
2.3 Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted via email at info@mycraftsy.com with your order or project reference number and proof of payment.
Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment used by the customer.
3. Return Policy
3.1 Product Returns
- Products eligible for return must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
3.2 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Returns must be sent to the address provided in the return authorization email.
4. Modifications and Changes
- Custom orders or services may be modified within 48 hours of placing the order, subject to approval and additional charges if applicable.
- Modifications requested after 48 hours may not be accommodated.
